Germania Mint produced this Maltese €100 coin in 2023 for the 550th anniversary of Nicolaus Copernicus’s birth. Natalia Danysz designed the issue. The one-ounce gold version shows Copernicus looking towards a Sun highlighted in rose gold. The opposite side combines a historical solar system, the Central Bank of Malta arms and the mint mark. The mint offers 200 numbered pieces.
